Product Condition

Returned items must be:

Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
Free from any damage, marks, or alterations

Shooz™ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

The return shipping cost back to Shooz™
The original shipping cost paid by Shooz™ to deliver the order, even if free shipping was offered at checkout

These costs will be deducted from the final refunded amount where applicable.

Exchanges

For exchange requests, customers are responsible for:

Shipping the item back to Shooz™
Shipping the exchanged item from Shooz™ back to the customer

Please note that promotional free shipping offers do not apply to exchanged orders.

Sale & Promotional Items

Orders placed before promotional campaigns, discounts, or seasonal sales cannot be returned solely for the purpose of repurchasing the same item at a discounted price.
